1. First go to Manage Blog from your Myspace home.
2. Look at My Controls and create New Blog Entry.
3. Fill Subject and Body with any text then click on Preview and Post.
4. Confirm blog posting by clicking Post.
5. Go back to your Home page or Profile then go to Customize Profile, At the top click on Go Back.
6. Click on Switch Profile 1.0 now you are done.

i cant change my myspace 3.0 to 1.0
yea i cant either, i dont think ya can go from 3.0 to 1.0, which sucks cuz im tryna get a hold of all muh old blogs from like 04 to 07... and theyre just not there anymore :(
